Sleep is the very best thing for your body. It helps to rejuvenate the senses, gives your muscles rest, and aides in the processing of information, memory, and storage. With so many good health benefits, why don’t we sleep more? One of the things that keeps us from having a good night’s sleep is our cell phones. Cell phone usage within 30 minutes of going to bed is detrimental to our health.
Bright lights at night will damage your eyes and keep you up at night. It is not recommended that you use anything with a screen at least 30 minutes before bed. The lights cause a lot of brain activity and will keep you up during the night. Additionally the bright lights in a dark room will damage your eyes. Turns your screens off early and use filters to cut out blue light after dark.
How we sleep effects us for days to come. A good day starts the night before.
